This policy explains what personal data mobodevices ("we") collects and how we use it. Contact: hello@mobodevices.com.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, Telegram username, company name.
• Billing data: invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Account access: login details for the social media accounts we manage for you.
• Content: videos, captions and schedules you send us.
• Service data: links to published posts, publishing times and basic stats such as views and likes.
• Website data: anonymous usage statistics collected with Plausible.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (account setup, publishing, reports), bill you, communicate with you, keep the service secure, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content or results in our marketing without your permission.

3. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in security and improving the service, legal obligations such as tax records, and your consent for case studies and marketing emails.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service: payment processing (our payment provider), website hosting (Cloudflare), file storage (Google Drive), analytics (Plausible), and communication (Telegram, email). Your content is published to the platforms you choose. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

5. International processing

We and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the US and EU. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

• Videos and captions: deleted within 30 days after publishing or after your service ends.
• Account login details: deleted once handed over at the end of the service.
• Service data and reports: kept during the service and for 12 months after.
• Billing records: kept as long as tax law requires.

7. Security

Login details are stored in an encrypted password manager, access is limited to the people who need it, and our phones are kept in a physically secured location. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, export or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@mobodevices.com. We reply within 30 days. EU and UK residents can also complain to their data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Cookies

Our website uses no advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookie-free.

10. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page and notify active clients of material changes.
